Gail Roberts is the Public Education and Outreach Coordinator
for the Dunes Center and the Dunes Collaborative. She translates
dunes information into Spanish, and is working to promote greater
local participation in dunes events.

She is originally from upstate New York, and graduated from
the College of William and Mary in Virginia.

Gail was a Foreign Service Officer for the U.S. Department
of State for twenty years. She worked in U.S. Embassies
throughout the world, including in Mexico, Romania, France, Belgium
and India. Gail speaks Spanish, French and Italian.

Gail has lived on the Central Coast for several years, and is an
active community volunteer who also freelances for the Adobe
Press in Nipomo and works at a local winery.
