Fun In the Sun Lunch Bunch

Lunch Bunch is an opportunity for our student participants to interact with professionals from the local community. Volunteers will be asked to come to lunch at either our Guadalupe or Santa Maria site to spend approximately 1 hour with our participants discussing a variety of topcis such as what people do for work, what kids are doing in the program, what projects they are working on, what trips they have been on, where volunteers or students grew up, etcetera. This is designed to be an informal mentoring opportunity and will be a positive experience for all involved. Thank you for your interest!

For Lunch Bunch volunteer registration, please fill out the form below. Please note that we cannot guarantee dates but will follow up with you directly to confirm your request. In order to register for more than one date. Please add follow-up dates in the comments section. This program runs from June 28th through August 6th, 2010. Lunch Bunch happens from 11:30 to 12:30 Monday through Thursday and we ask that volunteers arrive at 11:20am. Fridays are field trip days for the program participants.
